Have been repeatedly getting the blue screen error for a while now. It usually happens when the laptop is idling, but has happened during use as well. Tried the System File Checker, checked the updates on Windows, downloaded the recommended driver for my device on the product manufacturer's website (Dell), and still the problem persists. I haven't faced any particular problems due to the blue-screen error per se (apart from getting sidetracked from my work for a minute or so that is) but I'd still like to resolve the issue at the earliest in case it is indicative of a larger problem.
