DPC Watchdog Violation Error

DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATIONI keep getting this error with a bluescreen, 90% of the time when I leave the PC to idle for a while or when it goes to sleep mode. I been getting this error for a few months now but can't figure out what could have caused it.
