DPC WATCHDOG VIOLATION Error

I saw you guys were able to fix this blue screen issue for another user. So I thought I'd ask the same of my own issue.I can't zip-up the minidump file. Because it won't let me access it. Even if I copy it to my desktop. I checked, I can't edit the permissions.
