DPC Watchdog Violation BSOD

Hello, I've been having an issue where my PC will BlueScreenOfDeath and then freeze on the BSOD. The error code references a DPC Watchdog Violation Error. I have looked on a few forums to see if I can fine a solution and testing memory and drivers seem to be the suggested troubleshoot. I have used the windows memory diagnostic to test my memory and it came back clean. In this case I'm guessing its a bad driver. I have used bluescreenviewer to check the minidump file, but I'm not backend PC literate enough to know which driver is the issue. Just that ntoskrnl.exe is what is failing. Link to Min
