Dpc Watchdog violation blue screen when not running a game in Fullscreen?

A few weeks ago now, my Computer has started stuttering, freezing and then blue-screening, seemingly at random. Over time i have identified that this issue does not happen when i have a game running in Fullscreen, even if i am tabbed out of said game. I have updated my windows and my drivers(NVIDIA GeForce Game Ready Driver 572.70) and in the case of the driver i downloaded the newest version from the NVIDIA Website and reinstalled them.I have also tried SFC and DISM, but the problem persists.Any Help would be appreciated as i am at my wits end and would like to keep using this PC, even if it
