Downloading Problems

I was downloading a game from Microsoft Store which was 89gb , it got downloaded to 50.5gb then stopped downloading.Started to download another game , and it was not starting at all but when I tried to download an app , it worked just fine , I have enough storage and stuff , the games are not downloading from xbox app and microsoft store , what shall i do?
