Downloading an app that is not a verified Microsoft app.

I bought a new HP laptop (HP 15-dy5073dx, Windows 11 in S mode) since my others were too old to download the ProctorU browser for my virtual exams. However, I keep getting notification it is not a verified Microsoft app. How do I get around this?
