Downgrading from Windows 11 to Windows 10

Hello, I was planning on downgrading from Windows 11 to Windows 10 in order to run a specific software that is only compatible with Windows 10. Therefore, when I went to install it, it warned that it would delete all of my personal files, settings, and apps. Does this imply that my D drive or E drive will be wiped as well? What data should I back up and what should I copy if it merely wipes out the C drive?
