Downgraded Photos app updating outside of Microsoft Store

Hello,I have a pretty bad issue in which I install version 2020.20120.4004.0 of the Photos app so I can have basic features functioning like the ability to view photos that are actually in my picture folder, editing photos, using slideshow, and the video editor that is miles ahead of the clipchamp scam. I also don't like having advertisements pop up over my pictures, plus the new version takes way too long to open and crashes half the time. The older version is important for what I do for work, I need these features to function as intended.I have used group policy to block all update locations
