Downgraded from win11 after some issues and now im getting an error whenever i open an image "the package runtime information is corrupted"

Ive downgraded from win11 due to it being bloated and causing my pc to randomly restart or freeze. I downgraded and now some files are broken and/or just gone.Its a homebuilt computer ive used for years and slowly upgraded. the last part i added was a wifi/bluetooth pcie chip so i can use a different set of headphonescurrently running sfc scannow and seeing if thatll do anything but I shouldnt have to buy a part for my pc to upgrade to a new os. very planned obsolescence seemingcpu- ryzen 7 2700xmobo- gigabyte b450m ds3h rev 1.032g of ddr4 ram
