Downgrade to DirectX 11 from DirectX12?

I currently just updated to Windows 23H2 with DirectX 12 now being installed which causes games to fail to get past the loading screen without giving me an error,"Failed to initialize graphics. Make sure you have DirectX 11 installed, have up to date drivers for your graphics card and have not disabled 3D acceleration in display settings. InitializeEngineGraphics failed"Is there any way to downgrade to DirectX 11 from DirectX 12 without downgrading Windows to bypass this? I've already tried downloading DirectX 11 but get a message saying a newer version of DirectX is installed and no installat
