First, during an update the laptop crashed.Restarting the computer the update ended normally.1)Restarting the computer2)At login the PIN works normallyFirst Problem After login the screen turns black, the cursor is visible.At this point things not working:Ctrl+Alt+Canc sends me to task manager option, I click it and the screen turns back to black with cursorWin+Shift+Ctrl+B gives me a beep, the cursor goes back to the center of the screen and nothing elseWin+P gives nothing.Shift Shutdown restart brings me back to 1)Ctrl+Alt+Canc and Shift+Restart Brings me the Recovery optionsAt this pointC
