Double/No Characters in Windows Settings / Search / MS Store / Feedback Hub

Hello all,Problem: Double keystrokes "aa" instead "a" when using certains MS Windows 11 apps like search and Windows settings, MS Store and Feedback Hub. In other applications, the keyboard works fine, even in Windows Control Panel. Sometimes no keystroke is recognized when I press a key, e.g. in MS Feedback Hub. This happened after installing Citrix Workspace.I tried unsuccessfully: Shut down and remove power and all cables. Restart after 4 minutesRan keyboard tester. According to the tool all fine.I modified Filter Keys in various ways.Used different physical keyboards and on-screen Keyboard
