dopdf 11 issues

Hello .I do not know if any one can help me with dopdf11.I try today to install the latest varesion 11.9.483.But stuck to 79%.Also i download a version but appears the build 11.9.489!!!As i know the latest version is 483!!!I install it also but by mistake i installa dn office addin.i try to unistall it from programs list but still appears to word ribbon.When try to unistalll the program appears the window for installing!!!!I do not know what to do with mess!!!!!!!!!
