don't want to upgrade to win 11 but it already tells me to restart to upgrade to it

hello, i recently decided that i wanted to upgrade to win 11 from win 10, but now i've decided i don't want to, but windows says i've already gotta restart so the update can finish. is there any way to cancel this? i don't wanna accidentally lose my data
