Dont receive verification code

Updated BIOS on motherboard, after restarting, pc said that PIN got compromised and couldnt be used and then let me enter only one way, through sending code onto my backup email. Nothing appeared there, even after couple more restarts. It doesnt suggest any other way of getting in, even after i deleted said backup email from microsoft account. And no, THERE IS NO CODE IN SPAM. I dont have flash drive with bakcup code
