Does Windows local firewall rules to block website names?

Hi,I want to know if it is possible to use Windows local firewall rules to block website names? What I noticed is that there is no place to add the FQDN or the URLs I want to block.If local firewall rules do not support URL blocking, what methods do you recommend for an organization?ThanksMuja
