Does Windows 11 effect Outlook and Office performance?

Since accidentally agreeing to upgrade to Windows 11 the laptop performance has diminished.The laptop is 2 years old and exceeds all Windows 11 requirements yet I am facing so many problems that I am going to have to reinstall Windows 10 and go through the incredible hassle of setting my laptop again.1. Taskbar items are grouped together which is a feature I disabled in Windows 10. Grouping items simply increases clicks and reduces efficiency. This is a disaster and a fundamental floor in WIndows 11.2. Office perfomance has crashed since upgrading. It is so bad that it is crashing the lapto
