Does Windows 10 bluetooth stack support BLE only mode?

Hello,

I have a BLE only dongle that supports BLE only. It does not support BR/EDR. Every time I plug it in I get a Code 10.

This same dongle works without issue using the BlueZ stack on Linux.

I can provide the requested log files and would appreciate if you could take a look to see what is causing the issue.

Does the Windows bluetooth stack support BLE only mode or does a dongle have to support BLE + BR/EDR?
