Does Office Activision also active your windows' MS account?

I wants to ask something I didn't found an answer to so far and really wants to know the answer to that. If I have a local user (in win10/11) and I wants to active Office (2021, etc.) from within the app itself, once I will log in with my MS account there in order to put the key code, will it also log in to my Windows to a Microsoft account automatically and change my OS from using a local user to having an actual MS user?
