Does Microsoft plan to add back the ability to locate the taskbar to the best place according to user preference.

I am a cad user and find it annoying that this was removed with a new computer I bought with Windows 11. In cad the command line is and has been on the very bottom. while putting the cursor to that location usually ends up raising the hidden taskbar.
