Does anyone knows how to get Command Prompt back in windows 10? It has disappeared from my PC.

I have tried every method both from this site as well as Youtube. Nothing seemed to work, even the command sfc /scannow in powershell. Please help me I need it very much. When I type it on search bar it appears but when I click on it nothing happens as the cmd.exe file does not exist, so what should I do and where should I get it from now? Please Help!
