Does anyone know what recent windows update that was breaking a computers ability to access ram?

I completed a windows update recently that broke my ram in my pc. I was able to troubleshoot enough to where my pc stayed on long enough to run the repair software. Which uninstalled a windows update. However i am unsure what update it was that caused these issues. Is anyone aware or have similar issues that knows what update it was so that i do not install it again and have to go through the long headache of fixing it again?
