Does anyone know how to move the taskbar or app launch to a secondary monitor?

I am on windows 11 with 2 monitors, I have some games that don't have the setting that allows it to open on the secondary monitor and some that don't work well with the automatically hide taskbar. I also don't want my taskbar displaying with my game, so right now I am manually moving every game without the feature to my second monitor every time I launch them, does anyone know how to permanently move either the taskbar or the screen apps launch on without moving the other?
