Does anyone have any feedback about a comment that outlook.com may give about maximum file type and suggesting to upload to onedrive?

I cannot recall the specific sentence, but when I try to upload a word document, I get some sort of message from outlook.com, but also through the windows outlook program (not office) saying something regarding that there has been a maximum amount of file types used or sent.I did recently look up this question, but I cannot recall if it was about the user sending the files, or the user receiving the files.It had said that one of the users had too many filesOkay, so I found this:Redirecting
