From what I have read and seen for years, any microsoft help request attempt will be met with the most childish questions and answers that are typically not helpful to anyone, and no one from Microsoft itself ever says "We are aware of the issue and are working on a fix" or "Holy **** you're right! We wasted millions of dollars in resources for no reason! We'll roll it back right away". That's if someone even reads the entire question, a lot of community members only hit on a few words or read the first half, then answer incorrectly with a "know-it-all" style.Then... no one ever has a realisti
