Does anybody know how to change the CD cursor theme

Does anybody know how to change the CD cursor, you know that cursor that has the CD icon next to a cursor like I want to change the theme like I have my normal cursor ste on galaxy theme by when I put the CD in that icon changes into the normal one so, yea thank you.
