Does a person need TWO accounts to have Microsoft office on their iPhone and desktop computer?

I do not understand why I have a $99.00 charge on my CC, but my account on my computer shows that my year subscription isn't due until Sept. 2025.The only thing I can figure is that I have a separate account on my phone - which I use but cannot access the different account information.I need help. We ought to be to call a HUMA for these answers.
