Does a "Hard Crash" happen to you lately when opening up Steam?

Title.Specifically if it re-directs you to the current storefront? I have not tried to just run the shortcuts for the games as I am scared to give stress on my system while this error/bug is still present on my end. Did it happen to you guys as well? Mind sharing your key takeaways on it for anyone who's experiencing this? I had a total of 2 hard crashes and 2 "soft crashes" wherein my system just goes to black when Steam is booting up the homepage.To add: The client loads in properly and I can open the Library tab and play games directly.
