Documents vanished in Google Sheets

There are documents vanished in my Google Sheets.I am the only owner.I did not do any removals.They are not in my bin (My bin is programmed to keep items still for another 30 days before removing permanently)What I did, was removing big files in my Gmail (for creating more space). Can it be connected to this action ? If so, where can I retrace them ?Thank you.
