Documents folder contains other important folders and isn't supported for file backup issue

I am currently running windows 10 on my pc. There are 3 drives set up that I use for different functionalities (general storage, games and my (C drive holds windows along with my applications). I used to sync my files in one drive but I decided that I did not want one drive to sync all of my folders and moved the folder locations of my Documents, Desktop and Pictures outside of my one drive folder.
