Do internet properties ( internet options ) app | only apply to IE ( Internet Explorer ) and Microsoft Edge?

there's 7 tabsdoes changing anything from each of these tabs only apply to IE and Edge?or other browsers as well ( eg. firefox, opera GX )deleting history n such does not affect any other browserso i'm not sure
