Do I need to reset my PC if I lost my Microsoft account?

Recently I lost my Microsoft account and I'm pretty sure there no way of getting it back. But when I set up my PC, I used my Microsoft account that is now hacked, so I'm wondering if I should reset it to be safe. They changed the email to the hacked account and when I tried to sign in it said that a account with the email didn't exist so I made a new one with the same email.So what I'm wondering 1. Should I reset my PC? And 2. If I do will it cause problem since I used the same email because when I tried to sign in with (I didn't reset my PC) it says there's already an account with the sam
