Do I have to toggle on Get the latest updates as soon as they're available in order to activate Moment 3

HI have a questions about Moment 3. Do I have to toggle Get the latest updates as soon as they're available. Do I have to do this in order to activate the moment 3 for windows 11 22h2. I have windows 11 home 64 bit installed on this laptop. I do not want to toggle this on simply because I do not want to get bugs and issues to deal with since this is my only computer to use. I do not want unstable updates when they are available for my Windows systemWindows update in history has installed successfullyKB 5026446 it was installed on 20203-05-24
