Do All Unknown accounts on windows 11 have the same process name?

This website address has the same account unknown name as mine does. account unknown on local disk properties? (windows 11) - Microsoft Community <---- There is a link to the post that I cannot post to. Are all unknown accounts the same as per their User Name on the Properties Windows and should I remove it?
