DNS Services not Installed

I've spent the last two days trying to track down the root of the issue and it appears that the problem is my Windows 11 update (from Win 10) did not run completely error free and the DNS Cache Service can't be found and I have no idea how to get it. When I go into services.msc, it isn't there to start. I figured this out when I saw the I couldn't turn on network discovery to access my NAS. I can click it and it says its on, but as soon as I navigate away, it is off again. I've tried many things, one of which was to restart the DNS Cache Service, but it isn't there at all in either Standar
