DNS cache problem

Hi!I’m having trouble with my internet connection- it’s saying it’s secured with no internet and that there’s a problem with the DNS cache. I’ve tried restarting the laptop, flushing the dns, and uninstalling the most recent update and nothing has worked. Is there anything else that is recommended?Thanks!
