DLL problems

I have a lot of dll problems, I tried system file checker, manual install, third party dll fix software, and Windows reinstall (11 pro n). Nothing works, I can't install DirectX runtime it keeps giving errors... honestly I don't know what to do next...... Nothing seems to do anything.If anyone can help me diagnose the issue or fix it. I don't know how to describe it apart from I'm missing a lot of DLL
