Distortion and interruption of sound in bluetooth headphones

I used the Bloody MH390 Bluetooth headphones on Windows 10 and had no problems, I connected them the first time and used them. I updated to Windows 11, connected the headphones and a problem with the sound appeared, which became distorted and interrupted, only when using these headphones. If I connect to others, for example, AirPods, then there are no problems. There are no problems with the Bloody headphones themselves, I connected them through the dongle to another PC and everything works fine. What can be done?
