DISPLAY RANDOMLT CHANGED RES AND CANT SWITCH BACK NO MATTER WHAT HELP!!!

I was gaming one night and my Display 1 randomlt switched from 1920x1080 to 1024x768 , my windows is updated , graphics drivers updated (AMD RADEON 6600 XT) i know there's another thread on this but that was on a laptop and im on a desktop & ive tried to roll it back etc... nothing. Please help! I need my main monitor working properly! TIA
