Display pc issues 3 months on going

At this point have no idea. Pc randomly shut off couple times (3 months ago now) and booted to repair mode. Thought maybe repair loop tried everything but no solution. Ended up finding possible display driver issue. Any time installed or updated driver, pc would eithercrash and boot to repairmode, no path found, or automatically disable itself. Nothing would fix the problem even exceperts, factory reset, clean windows install, all new hardware, safe mode install, udd, core isolation, compatibility mode, ext.
