I'm using Outlook 2010 and Lync 2010. I used to get the status next to each name on the To and Cc Lines, gray when the I'm not using Lync and when I'm using Lync, I get the status (green, yellow, etc) of my contacts.
But after I used Lync for sometime, I noticed that the the representation before each name disappeared in the To and Cc lines of Outlook. I checked the setting under File>Contacts>Contacts>Online status and photographs, the option "Display online status next to name' is checked but greyed out.
Can you please let me know what else I should do to fix the problem? Thanks.
