Display changes colour and resolution when drawing a long line in Drawing Programms (OneNote, Journal, Snipping Tool)

Hello,i recently bought a Lenovo Yoga with Windows 11. On this device when drawing long lines my display output changes colour and resolution like shown in the picture appendend. I tried it drawing with mouse, touchpad and wacom tablett. All devices had the same issue in drawing programms like OneNote, Journal and even Snipping Tool. After I stop drawing the display gets to its normal format and colour. Does anyone have the same issue?
