DISM /restorehealth not working

[Windows 11]

I recently (like 3 days ago) installed windows 11 from windows 10 because I couldn't install an update for some reason. Now I'm trying to get this updateBut for some reason it always failsI've tried using DISM to fix, but I'm getting a the source files cannot be found error. How can I be getting that error when I'm literally on a fresh Windows 11?Thanks
