DISM not working, gets stuck?

Originally used this to try and fix an error where my windows update shows this: Install error - 0x80070103Now this command isn't working. I then used sfc scannow, and it said some corrupted files couldnt be fixed, so I've attached that log it spits out.log file:dism.log
