dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup command doesn't work properly

For some reason it completes at 70%...I ran these commands before running this one:dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /scanhealthdism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealthsfc /scannowAlso restorehealth didn't run properly at 1st, kept showing me error that its missing "sources", apparently its a common issue and I read Redirecting to fix my issue.
