disk usage at 100% when I started comp. Today, computer is almost unusable. Reset got stuck at 11%

I started my computer today and disk usage was at 100% for no reason, no prosseses were using that much or added up to that much. It has stated that way and computer is essentially unusable. I tried to reset while saving my files but it got stuck at 11% the entire night, that was with the EFI thing, now I’m trying to reset with the windows boot manager. Are there any solutions to this?
