Disk space reaches 100% when i start up the laptop

When i open the lap every time when it is unplugged and battery below 50% it shows an error ( every time is a random one) and it goes in hibernation and dies in just a second but i saw when i start it the disk reach max and then cools down and i don't know if that is the reason or something in the bios or battery ( battery seems fine and can work until it goes into sleep and i open it again and same problem happen)
