DISK MANAGEMENT won't let me use EXTEND VOLUME option - Win 11

I have an SSD 250 GB drive, C: partition / volume, and 1 SATA HD 931 GB. (New Volume).I want to Extend C Volume, so that at the end will be only one Volume that will have the total space of both volumes.I tried DISK MANAGEMENT but it won't let me use EXTEND VOLUME option.Please help.
