disk d gone

hello, I started the control game, changed the settings to ultra, then reset them after the game crashed, after the screensaver the game froze, there was a blue screen for a couple of seconds with a smiley face laptop restarted, I can't change its letter, I can't start the local group policy editor, the list of disks is not updated, please help
